With beef or vegetables, our Injera (bread) is an Ethiopian staple. Often folded like a napkin, it serves as a spongy mattress for the meat or vegetables.

Vegetarian dishes include spicy split peas, chick peas rich in garlic, lentils, crunchy collared greens and smooth-roasted potatoes.

In the best traditions of Ethiopian hospitality, we are delighted to serve you the finest dishes that our ancient civilization has offered the world.

To the uninitiated, we are happy to present some new taste treats. Injera for which the newcomer soon acquires a taste, is made from a miracle grain called teff (eragotis tef) which grows in Ethiopia at an altitude of between 1500 and 2700 meters.
